We operate from beautiful Ontario, Canada, and ship worldwide! All our products are handled with care right here before making their way to your door.
Return Policy
We offer returns for wrong size in the form of in-store credit, but unfortunately, we don’t issue refunds.
How long will shipping take?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, typically within 1-2 business days. For Canadian orders, we ship via Canada Post, and you can expect your package to arrive in 3-7 business days, depending on your location within Canada. For international orders, delivery times vary, but they generally arrive in 7-14 business days.
Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! We love our global community and offer shipping to a few countries. When you check out, simply enter your shipping details, and you'll see all available shipping options and rates.
What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping information?
Oops! No worries—just email us at fatedinfo@gmail.com as quickly as possible, and we'll do our best to update the information before your order ships. Once your item is on its way, we can’t make changes, but we’ll help however we can!
Shipping says my package was delivered, but I can’t find it. What do I do?
Shipping services sometimes marks packages as delivered early. If your package hasn’t arrived within 48 hours, reach out to us at fatedinfo@gmail.com, and we’ll help you track it down.
What should I do if I ordered the wrong size?
It happens! If you ordered the wrong size, please refer to our return policy. We offer returns for wrong size in-store credit, but unfortunately, we don’t issue refunds. To initiate a return, email us at fatedinfo@gmail.com with your order details, and we’ll guide you through the process.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Send us an email at fatedinfo@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
How do I find size information for my Kindle case?
In the settings menu of your kindle please select device info and your model should be listed. Alternatively, you can find your Kindle's model details within your Amazon account under Content & Devices > Devices.
